In trying to utilize my dental membership benefits, I have been trying to schedule an dental cleaning since the beginning of February and once again I am going through the same rigmarole to schedule an appointment.

Terence Wright

When I arrived to the appointments, I was in the waiting room for hours each time. The last appointment I had I was in the waiting room for three hours. When I eventually got to the dentist's chair I was left unattended for another hour without anything having been done; when I was finally attended to the procedure took all of 20 minutes, but I had already been at this office for four and a half hours. The dentist also did a preliminary treatment plan and to get a print out this I was waiting for another 45 minutes. Having already been at this office for over 5 hours now, which was the greater part of my work day, when I had stated at work I would only be about two hours at the most, I left without getting the treatment plan but it was mailed it to me.

Thank you CHC!!! I can smile again. Great Dentist, Great Staff, Thank you so much. May God Bless everyone that works there!!!!

I scheduled an appointment in person at this clinic on 2/26/13 for medical (high blood pressure).I prepaid $50.00 on this same day because their policy is to pay $25.00 to schedule an appointment, and $25.00 at the time of visit. On 2/27/13, when I showed up for the appointment I was informed that I would be only having blood work done today. I explained to the nurse that I needed my medication immediately because I hadn't had it in some time but could not afford to go to my primary doctor because I am currently unemployed. I also explained to her that I have been having headaches and blurry vision due to my hypertension. She at that time walked me out to the receptionist who explained me that all they could do was blood work on today and I would have to schedule another appointment, and pay an additional copay to see their doctor. I then explained my situation again to her. I asked for a refund due to the fact that no services had been rendered. After being shuffled around I spoke with a gentleman who I'm assuming was the office manager who told me with no concern or compassion that no refund would be given. He stated that it didn't matter that I didn't see the doctor nor have ANY services at all they have a no refund policy that he was going to stick to. I asked if I could speak to the doctor and he refused to let me. He told me I needed to go to the emergency room because of my symptoms. (and create yet another bill which I can't afford to pay). Now I fully understand policy and procedures, This is why I asked to speak to the doctor on staff. I refuse to believe that any medical doctor would let a patient walk around sick if there was something they could possibly do to prevent it. Let me remind you at this point as I did in the beginning of my post that I pre paid for this appointment. Even more of a reason to let me at least speak to the physician. I couldn't understand why no one there was the least bit concerned about my health and trying to come to reasonable resolution or give me my money back since I had only sat in their waiting room area. This is the epitome of POOR customer service and people not caring about people. In the past I worked for doctors for almost 20 years and not one time no matter how busy our office was did the doctors that I worked for refuse to speak with a dissatisfied patient. (or a patient with high concern about their health/well being). I don't usually write reviews, even when I get bad service. I usually just stop going to the business, but this one I could not let go as easily. This is not a bad meal or slow service, this is my health! Of course I will never go back to this place again, and I advise no one else to either!

i expected! I enjoyed my experience and recommend this office to anyone! Lisha was AWESOME!

When I first got the membership it was great, they sent me reminders to schedule an appointment and even had specials and gifts for having it scheduled by a certain date; scheduling was swift, even as a new patient if you called and left a message about an appointment you got a call back very soon after if not the same day; waits in the waiting room were reasonable but often times you were seen very quickly after arrival; often I dealt with dental assistant Ivy and she was amazing, one of the new dental assistants they have was down right rude to me..... I don't know happened to lead to this decline in service, but I must say I am very disappointed and I'm strongly considering cancelling my membership as it is of no use since I cannot make use of its benefits.

Grassroots Dental is completely worth for the care they provide, and am very greatly for the staff at this wonderful and convenient dentist office. Mrs. Lisa used to do a wonderful job, I say "used to" because the last two couple of times I haven't seen her. But in the other hand I'm so thankful that I met Ms. Honesty(Hygienist) at my last visit she's an angel sent from up above, she's very patient and sweet. She makes sure that the dental work gets done right. Thank-You Lord for sending her to me

I needed a dental procedure done and it took weeks for me to schedule an appointment; I requested an appointment on the website multiple times and only got that automated reply that someone will call me to schedule the appointment but no one ever did, I left multiple voices messages requesting that I be scheduled for the procedure with no call back, and I was hang up on twice the two times someone actually answered the phone when I called. After nearly six weeks of leaving messages and requesting an appointment I was finally scheduled for the procedure.

Grassroots Dental was a pleasure to Visit. I have not been to the dentist in too long a time, However everyone made me feel at ease. The X-rays and cleaning went very quickly. The Doctor came in and consulted on a treatment plan, and we scheduled two follow up visits to implement said plan. The Cost to "Fix" my teeth was way lower than

It was always a pleasure using this dental service, but recently I'd beg to differ. I've had the dental membership since 2014 which comes with decent benefits but recently I have been unable to utilize them. The dental staff are great, especially dental hygienist Ivy & both dentists and the do great work, but other than them I must say that the service has drastically declined; I used to rave about them and told everyone I knew about them, but that has certainly changed.

Eternally Grateful,
