I've been using this laundromat for about 10 months. It was never a 5 star establishment but it is conveniently located near my home and the prices are fair. The place isn't terribly dirty but needs some remodeling and most of the attendants are pleasant.
Pros: WiFi, convenience, good area
Had I read the reviews before going I would have known what to expect. The attendant rushed me out before 9 stating the hours are from 8a to 8p, but on the website it states 9p. Helped me out the door, turned out the lights and stood outside. My first and last time going to this laundromat.
Cons: Had to go here for a mass wash and dry due to home extermination... spent a fortune and clothes were still damp when I left...
1. The facility has bugs (roaches), which is a HUGE problem since you're washing clothes. No one wants to worry about transporting such filthy creatures back to their home, after they've spent over an hour cleaning a sterilizing their clothes.
Unfortunately our dryer can't fit in our rental home. So this is the closest LM. A few dryers get hot. A night staff member was kind enough to help move my clothes to several dryers for quick drying. This place needs a lot of upgrades. A GOOD cleaning is needed. I offered my son's cleaning service, the mature woman said "that would be the work of the employees". Yikes!!!

2. The staff is rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The black lady that manages the facility is highly unprofessional. As you will see her leave the facility several times, to sit in her car in the parking lot and have extremely graphic phone conversations. OUT LOUD ON SPEAKER PHONE!! Of course This is only when she's not actually walking around the actual laundromat gossiping, complaining or cursing during her normal business day.
This place has very little respect for its customers and knows NOTHING of professionalism. It is CLEAR that they opened a business and see the patrons as poor, uneducated, lower case members of society, and their only desire is to get your money, with little regard of human decency or common courtesy.
I would give this -5 stars if it were posaible! The ONLY REASON I've utilized this place is because of its convenience in travel time.
On Sunday night 11/12 /17 around 7:30pm(last load at 8) I went in to wash 1 load of clothes in the double washer, cost 3 dollars. The washer didn't fill up with water like normal so I alerted the staff on duty. She knew exactly which washer was the culprit and advised me to contact the manager Debbie Martin the following day. I spoke to Debbie on Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by her abrasive tone I explained what happened she immediately started telling me how the staff handled the situation wrong to which I responded I felt like the attendant did the best she could and that was an internally matter she should not discuss with her and not customers. I explained to her again I just wanted to know what she was going to do to rectify the problem. This went on for another 5 mins she shared things that were irrelevant like how much she spends on repairs a month. Feeling frustrated I ask again what she plans to do. She said I guess you can come back in to rewash your clothes. You guess? I ask about a refund to the which says "No refunds." I then ask if they had signs stating their policy to which she responded find another laundromat and hung up. Whatever happened to good customer service?
3. The OWNER (older white woman)is unprofessional and rude as well. The facility has signs posted stating the LAST LOAD is at 8pm, but both the Manger AND owner will Rush you out BEFORE 8. Although it says LAST LOAD, what they mean is, "they expect to be HOME by 8pm."
Let's say your finishing a load at 7:15 and it takes 70 mins to dry. So you leave the facility because, well youhave 70 MINUTES OF DOWN TIME. Typically this facility will do one of two things. 1. Remove your items and pretty much throw them anywhere, even if they are not dry and it's before 8pm. Or 2. Will berate you, shame you and ARGUE about your still doing laundry and it's almost 8...
