I have used PODS on at least four occasions. great service, my belongings always came back without damage and no loss. Teams communicate when they will be there and are courteous to boot. Use 'em, good stuff.
Easy process from beginning to ending and they have great customer service! We had to store our things for 4 months while our new home was being built. This made things SO simple.
My son and I have been sleeping on floor for 5 days waiting on this company to figure out whats going on with my pod. I was told they couldn't find it for 2 days and then they found but can't get it ordered out to me. Im convinced nobody really know how to do their job. My life has been affected by all this my time has been lost and i was informed i will not get compensation even tho all this due to poor communication and lack of cistomer service
Terrible problem resolution. Rude call takers that interrupt you and lack of concern for customer problems. They stated multiple times you should have read the fine print. Our policies are more important than your problems. Never again. Cost me over a thousand dollars to fix the problem to an indifferent company.
