I now tell people to not move to this area JUST because of the poor mail delivery service here. It's THAT bad. Over the last few years it continues to get worse. We used to get our mail around 11am. Now we're lucky if we get it by 7pm, and occasionally they skip our neighborhood altogether!

Many of the delivery drivers talk on their cell phones while delivering the mail, lending to mistakes due to lack of concentration. Need to call to ask for a manager to discuss a problem? Good luck - they usually either take their phone off the hook or it will ring 25 times and no one will pick up. Our old delivery person wound up transferring because they said they had a hard time with the lack of professionalism at this location.

My name is Terrence Parker and I want to thank the entire staff for their kindness every time I visit the post office. I have always received my mail and my orders from other companies that where delivered thru usps. Thank you guys again for your kindness and hard work, Mr. Parker.

I've always had a good experience with the staff at this location. They're very personable and take the time to make sure things are as they should be. I've gotten money orders here, over night or 3 day mail shipped, confirmation receipts and great customer service. If you happen to be in a rush, go to another location because the staff here takes their time with each customer.

If you're moving to the West Cobb/Powder Springs area for other reasons, and can deal with third-world level postal service, go for it. Otherwise, try to stay outside of the 30127 delivery area.

I have been getting my mail and packages delivered to the wrong address for years and it has created the most uncomfortable experience to order packages knowing I have to stalk the post office and mail carrier to make sure my packages come to me and not my neighbor who opens EVERY package of ours and has stolen packages before as well. This is such a disappointing and exhausting experience just having mail delivered. Moving will be such a relief as this has become the most unnecessary and aggravating ongoing issue I've ever faced with something that most people never have to think about. If your mail arrives at your home, be grateful because nothing is promised even if your paying for it.

Incredibly unhelpful staff. I received completely blank stares and zero help when asking for any assistance trying to mail a simple package. You can mail something if you go to this post office but be prepared to bring your own tape, marker/pen, and envelopes.
