Great people to store your goods. They have good customer service.
Call to pay on storage unit 3 to 4 time , no one there. The services is bad , there no security, no one to answer your questions. I would not recommend this storage company toany , even if they offered me 2 months free. That's how bad the service is.will be my first and last time dealing with this company. Rating very poor. Look for other places, a waste of time.
The website says #1 in Customer Service???? that cannot be true! I don't know where they are getting those numbers.
No one answers the phone when you call. This sometimes can cause a late fee on the monthly unit price. They don't even get back to you when you ask them to. Seems they are really nice to get your business then VERY RUDE to you when you are a customer. I mean extremely RUDE!!!!!
Very well maintained with 24 hour onsite management. I feel like my belongings are safely stored here.
No one is ever in the office! No response to phone calls or emails sent. They had a fire there months ago and it is still a mess. People still can't get their vehicles to their units. Some units still have no doors on them and anyone can get to the contents in the units. Never even received any type of notice that there had been a fire. Found out when I went to take some stuff out of the unit. What good is camera coverage if no one is ever there to watch the cameras. Security is a joke. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.
